Ingredients
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls
  • ½ lb. shaved ham from the deli (black forest is my favorite)
  • 8 slices white american cheese
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp. Ellbee's Chili Lime, or Zesty
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
Instructions
  1. In baking dish put together your ham sandwiches by cutting bread in half, on bottom piece place ham, then a small square of cheese then the top.
  2. In small bowl melt butter, add Ellbee's and horseradish, stir together.
  3. Pour over top of sandwiches, cover with foil and let sit in frig for 1 hour.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes in oven on 325* take foil off the last 5 minutes to brown top.
  5. Easy and delish!

Fall is upon us, and that means warm bowls of soup and chili.

Ingredients
  • Broth
  • Lamb Bone
  • Carrot (I used the ones we cooked with the lamb bone)
  • Celery
  • Onion
  • For Soup
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 tsp Ellbee's Chipotle Herb Garlic Seasoning
  • Broth
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • ½ cup uncooked barley
  • approximately 1 C chopped lamb meat
Instructions
  1. Throw all of the above together in a large stock pot, and fill with water until the carcass is covered.
  2. Simmer on low for at least an hour but for much longer if possible.
  3. Strain into a bowl, discard all of the above ingredients.
  4. For Soup
  5. Saute the celery and carrots in oil until soft.
  6. Add the Ellbee's Garlic Seasoning and saute for 2 minutes
  7. Add the rest of the soup ingredients and simmer for an hour.

Ingredients
  • 1 can white or yellow corn, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp. Chili Lime, or Chipotle Herb Ellbee's
  • 1 small onion or hand full of fresh chives or cilantro from the garden, chopped
  • Dressing: ¼ cup each, oil, sugar and vinegar
Instructions
  1. Pour everything into bowl.
  2. Mix dressing and add Ellbee's. Stir or shake until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour over corn and peas, give it a stir and chill for 1 hour.

Ingredients
  • 1 Ellbee's Fire Brine or Herb Brine
  • 1 18-20 lb. turkey
  • 1 gallon water
  • 1 gallon ice water
  • butter, corn starch
Instructions
  1. Combine Ellbee's Fire or Herb brine and 1 gallon of water in a stock pot, and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir to dissolve solids, then remove from heat, cool to room temperature, and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  3. The night before cooking, combine the brine and ice water in a clean 5-gallon bucket. (corrosive free container or lined with a large trash bag). Place thawed, cleaned turkey breast side down in brine, fill the cavity of the turkey with the brine also, cover, and refrigerate or set in cool area (like a basement or garage) for 12 hours. Turn turkey over once, half way through brining.
  4. Remove the bird from the brine and rinse inside and out with cold water several times. Discard brine.
  5. Place bird on roasting rack inside wide, low pan and pat dry with paper towels. Add dressing to cavity at this time. Tuck back wings and coat whole bird lightly with a little butter or oil if desired.
  6. Roast as directed. Remember a brined turkey cooks a little faster so adjust your time by 30 minutes or so.
  7. Allow turkey to rest for 15-20 minutes while you are making the gravy. It will slice beautiful that way.
  8. Gravy: 2 cups drippings, ½ cup water and 3 T. cornstarch or flour. Bring drippings to a slow boil, mix water and cornstarch together and slowly pour into drippings while stirring to desired thickness. Enjoy your beautiful brined turkey!

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion or leak, chopped
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 4 teaspoons Ellbee's Garlic: Original, Lemon Citrus or for a kick use Chipotle Herb.
  • 1 head cauliflower, florets and stems cut into pieces
  • 4 cups water, or chicken broth
  • 2 cups kale or collard green leaves, chopped
  • dill, or cheese for garnish
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in large pot over medium heat, add chopped onion and sauté' until soft. Add Ellbee's, stir. Add cauliflower, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add greens and stir, simmer for 5 minutes. remove from heat and let cool slightly.We like this soup hearty and not puree',add more water for desired thickness. Serve with some fresh hot Ellbee's garlic bread!

These wings are simple and amazing. Grill them, bake them, or smoke them but just try them!

  • 12 whole wings or 24 dummies
  • 1 T Zesty
  • 1 T Asain Ginger
  • 1 gallon size zip lock bag
  • 1 T oil
Instructions
  1. Open bag, place all ingredients in bag and mush together about 1 minute. Open bag, place wings inside, close bag and shake until wings are coated. Meanwhile heat grill to 325*, place wings on grill for 35-45 minutes. That's it really! Try to eat them with only one hand and keep the other one clean. I know it's strange!

Pasta anyone? Make this a double batch, put the second one in the freezer for later. Really freezes well.

Ingredients
  • 1 box tube pasta shells or large shell pasta
  • 2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 24 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 16oz. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbls. Tuscan or Original Ellbee’s
Instructions
  1. Prepare shells as directed on box a la dent'. Add a few drops of oil to water to prevent sticking. In separate pan, brown meat, drain. Add rest of ingredients, mix together, and stuff cooled pasta. Top with favorite red or white sauce. Bake at 350* for 30 min.
  2. Serve with side salad and a serving of Ellbee's Garlic Bread.
  3. ** Use the same recipe for delicious lasagna. Or add 6 eggs, beaten to 1 cup mixture, place into pie shell for a yummy quiche. Bake 350 for 25 min.

Ingredients
  • Slice 3 cucumbers (peeled or unpeeled) as thin as possible and place in a bowl.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 Tablespoons regular or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 package of Ellbees Dill Dip (Use 1 tbls. Original and fresh dill to taste if your out of Hardy Dill Dip right now) Then order some!
  • 2 slices of red onion for garnish

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons Ellbee’s Original or Tuscan
  • 1-8oz block cream cheese
  • 1 small container ½ & ½, or 2% milk
  • ½ c. parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Slowly melt butter in sauce pan on low, add Ellbee’s, sauté until slightly golden, but not browned. Add cream cheese and milk stirring until creamy and starting to thicken, remove from heat and add cheese. Pour over favorite pasta. Add broccoli, or chicken for added flavor, color and texture. Remember, presentation is everything!
