What's better on a cool dreary day than a big pot of Ellbee's chili and some buttered crackers!

Ingredients
  • Brown 2 lbs. meat (beef, turkey or chicken)
  • add 1 large chopped onion.
  • Drain grease. place into large crock pot, add
  • 2-4 Tablespoons Zesty or Chili Lime, or Chipotle Herb Ellbee’s
  • 1 can V-8 juice
  • 1 large can chili beans
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 2- 28 oz. cans diced tomatoes
  • 2-14 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Add Ellbee's Zesty and stir. Drain beans and add, then stewed tomatoes, and V-8. Simmer for an hour at least. Served with buttered crackers, or Ellbee's Grilled Cheese. A family favorite. Enjoy!!

This is so simple and scrumptious. Make it for a chili cool night, or a side for the next BBQ. It will surly be a hit!

Ingredients
  • 1 medium Vadalia onion
  • ½ tsp. Original Ellbee's
  • 1 tsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos (no MSG) or use can also use a beef bullion cube.
  • 1 pat butter
Instructions
  1. Peel outside of onion, core out middle but not all the way.
  2. Inside ho;e place butter, Ellbee's and Brags.
  3. Take foil and wrap each onion.
  4. Place on grill and cook for 45-60 minutes. Open and enjoy!

Drumsticks are one thing I stock up on when it goes on sale. Make a great meal and freezes well. Better bring out the napkins on this on!

Instructions
  1. Bring all these ingredients together in deep saucepan and bring to boil, until honey like consistency. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Pierce drumstick with fork. This allows the mixture to permeate the meat.
  3. Place chicken into saucepan and roll around until coated well. Let sit for 30 minutes. Then grill, or bake for 45 minutes until chicken is done.

Ingredients
  • 1 large bunch of broccoli, chopped into small pieces. You may use some of the stems also.
  • 1 medium onion, or leek
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Ellbee's Garlic: Original, Tuscan, Lemon Zest or Asian Zing
  • 1 qt chicken stock "MSG free"
  • 2 additional Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ c. cream
  • ½ block Velveeta cheese, cubed
Instructions
  1. In large pot, sauté 2 T. butter with onion, Ellbee's and broccoli until onion is transparent. 5 minutes on medium heat. Add chicken stock and cook for 30 minutes, covered. Add cheese.
  2. Meanwhile make your roux in small saucepan by melting 2 tablespoons butter and adding 2 tablespoons flour and a Little cream.
  3. When broccoli is tender, add roux in pot. Simmer a few minutes. At this point you may cool slightly and run through blender for creamy soup, or serve as a hearty soup. Then add cream and stir. Served garnished with croûtons and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Tips: This recipe works great with cauliflower, asparagus or roasted red peppers for other tasty soup finishes.

  1. In mixing bowl add beef and Ellbee's, mix well with hands and form patties.
  2. Let burgers rest for 30 minutes before grilling, this will make for a tender burger. Grill for 5 minutes on a medium heat grill, turn once and finish. Let rest before serving again for about 5 minutes, this will retain all the juice in the burger! Yummy

An exceptionally flavorful and colorful lunch low calorie and fast and easy to make.

Ingredients
  • Two 10 oz. chicken breast cut into four 5 oz. pieces
  • 3 tsp. Chili Lime Ellbee's Garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh chicory, chopped
  • 1 small apple, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. Bragg"s Liquid Aminos
  • 1 T. Chia Seeds (for thickening)
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Citrus Ellbee's Garlic
Instructions
  1. Place chicken in bowl with Chili Lime Ellbee's and roll until coated.
  2. Place chicken into medium high skillet, add ¼ c water (because we are cutting out the oil for a low calorie dish). Let cook with lid on for 5 minutes. Turn meat, add more water and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.
  3. While your chicken is cooking lets get the salad put together:
  4. In bowl put chopped chicory, and apple chunks,
  5. Dressing:
  6. Mix Apple cider, vinegar, lemon juice, Lemon Citrus Ellbee's, Bragg's and Chia seeds. Whisk together and let sit for 5 minutes until thicken.

This healthy and eye pleasing meal will dazzle your taste buds. Make extra creamed corn sauce for a nice topping for chicken also.

Ingredients
  • Soaked cedar plank (2 hours in water)
  • Two 6 oz servings of salmon
  • one can creamed corn
  • 2 tsp. Unsalted butter
  • 4 tsp. Sweet & Smokey Ellbee's Garlic, or Original or NO SALT Original Ellbee's Garlic
  • 2 scallions, sliced
Instructions
  1. Pre heat grill or oven to 350*
  2. Take board out of water and dry.
  3. Lay salmon on board, rub with 1 tsp. Ellbee's Garlic
  4. Place board on grill and cook for 12-15 minutes until salmon is flaky.
  5. Meanwhile in sauce pan on medium heat saute' 2 tsp. Ellbee's Garlic and unsalted butter add half the sliced scallions for 1 minute. Add can of cream corn and heat while stirring.
  6. When fish is plated spoon corn over salmon, sprinkle with remaining scallions and serve with a side of green beans, or Brussel sprouts and of course a slice of Ellbee's Famous Garlic Bread!

  • 1 can white or yellow corn, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp. Chili Lime, or Chipotle Herb Ellbee's
  • 1 small onion or hand full of fresh chives or cilantro from the garden, chopped
  • Dressing: ¼ cup each, oil, sugar and vinegar

  1. Pour everything into bowl.
  2. Mix dressing and add Ellbee's. Stir or shake until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour over corn and peas, give it a stir and chill for 1 hour.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1- ½ pounds large sea scallops 20 or so
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp. Zesty or Original
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 cedar planks
Instructions
  1. Soak plank in water for at least an hour before using. Preheat grill for medium-low heat. Combine all ingredients except scallops, in a small bowl. Put scallops in mixture and toss until coated. Place plank directly over fire for 5 minutes, turn. Lay sea scallops on hot side of plank. Allow to cook for 35-40 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
