Pasta anyone? Make this a double batch, put the second one in the freezer for later. Really freezes well.

  • 1 box tube pasta shells or large shell pasta
  • 2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 24 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 16oz. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbls. Tuscan or Original Ellbee’s
  1. Prepare shells as directed on box a la dent'. Add a few drops of oil to water to prevent sticking. In separate pan, brown meat, drain. Add rest of ingredients, mix together, and stuff cooled pasta. Top with favorite red or white sauce. Bake at 350* for 30 min.
  2. Serve with side salad and a serving of Ellbee's Garlic Bread.
  3. ** Use the same recipe for delicious lasagna. Or add 6 eggs, beaten to 1 cup mixture, place into pie shell for a yummy quiche. Bake 350 for 25 min.
