  • 1 Red pepper, orange pepper, yellow pepper
  • 1 purple onion
  • 10 asparagus spears
  • butternut squash (buy in the store already cut up) or sweet potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 6 mushrooms
  • Ellbee's Garlic Lemon Zest, or Original
  • olive oil
  1. Pre-heat oven to 450*
  2. Line baking pan with foil (no dishes)
  3. slice all the vegetables and lay on foil.
  4. Drizzel with olive oil
  5. add 2 tsp. Ellbee's Garlic
  6. toss until coated well, bake 15 minutes
  7. If you like different veggies, create your own mix! Make it colorful and tasty!
