I was camping one weekend and seen this on a cooking show and thought it would be a perfect one to Ellbeeize.

  • 4 potatoes, russet or red
  • 4 T. Ellbee's Butter, any flavor
  • (2 sticks unsalted butter, softened. 1 T. Original, Zesty, Tuscan, Chipotle Herb or Chili Lime.
  • Mix well)
  • Parmesan cheese, or chives for garnish
  1. Wash potatoes. Slice ¾ of the way down each potato being careful not to go all the way through.
  2. Place on grill or in oven @350 for 30 minutes. Top each with 1 T. Ellbee's butter for the last 15 minutes until done. Sprinkle with garnish and serve. Makes a great presentation with steak!
