We are trying to eat more fish around our house and Brent likes them planked. He says it takes the fishy taste out of it. If it's not crappie that's fried...we plank it!!

Ingredients
  • 2 slabs of fresh or frozen Tilapia about 6-8 oz.
  • 2 tsp. each Zesty and Asian Ginger
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • 1 peach sliced
  • 1 cedar plank, soaked
Instructions
  1. Soak your plank for a couple hours if possible. place sliced onion on board.
  2. Season fish with Ellbee's and fold in half, place on top onion. Lay peach slices around fish. Put in oven, on grill or under low broil (8-10 minutes) until fish is flaky , about 25 minutes in oven or grill on medium heat 325*
