Another great garlic recipe for seafoods.

Serves: 4
  • Ingredients:
  • 1- ½ pounds large sea scallops 20 or so
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp. Zesty or Original
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 cedar planks
  1. Soak plank in water for at least an hour before using. Preheat grill for medium-low heat. Combine all ingredients except scallops, in a small bowl. Put scallops in mixture and toss until coated. Place plank directly over fire for 5 minutes, turn. Lay sea scallops on hot side of plank. Allow to cook for 35-40 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
