  • 8 oz. any fish (white fish, salmon, or shrimp)
  • 1 teaspoon Ellbee's Garlic Seasonings any flavor of your choice. (They are all great on fish!)
  • 1 cedar plank
  1. Soak plank in water for 2 hours Tip: if you know you are having fish for dinner, place planks in sink before you leave in the morning. better to over soak than to under soak.
  2. Heat grill, oven or broiler
  3. Place seasoned fish on plank. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Do not leave planks unattended, relax while you plank!
