  • 4 chicken thighs or 2 leg quarters
  • •For glaze:
  • 4 tablespoons peach or apricot preserves
  • ¼ cup onion, minced
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Citrus or Chili Lime
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cedar plank
  1. Soak plank in water for at least one hour before using. Combine all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat for 5-8 minutes. Set aside. Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Place chicken quarters on plank and spoon glaze onto chicken. Place on grill and allow to cook for 30 minutes, reduce heat to medium, and cook for additional 20-30 minutes. When juices from the chicken runs clear, remove from heat and serve. Tip* When using gas or charcoal grill create small fire wall under board with piece of foil.
