Healthy, colorful and full of flavor. We used Zesty, but you could use Chili Lime if you didn't want the heat.

Ingredients
  • 1- 8 oz. can of each: corn, black beans, and light kidney beans, drained.
  • 1- 8 oz. can of diced tomatoes with ½ the juice,
  • 1 very small red onion, diced,
  • ¼ c chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoons Zesty or Chili Lime Ellbee's.
Instructions
  1. Mix all together, stir and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Serve with scoop tortilla chips. Also makes a great topping for taco's.
  3. Easy and BEEutiful! Enjoy.
