  • 1 8oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 6oz. can crab meat, drained
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1½ teaspoons Asian Ginger, or Lemon Citrus Ellbee's
  • 1 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 18 wonton wrappers or filo cups
  1. Heat oven to 350*
  2. Soften cream cheese, add other ingredients mix well.
  3. Place wonton wrapper into mini muffin tins, fill with crab mixture. Bake 18-20 minutes until edges are golden brown. Serve with sweet n sour sauce and wasabi. O yeah! Low calorie , and delicious.
