Chicken salad with an Asian flare. Great for picnic, lunches, or stuff celery for a healthy snack.

  • 1 16oz. can chicken, or left over cooked chicken breast
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 -2 tsp. Asian Ginger Ellbee's
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • *add 2 Tbs. chopped walnuts, almonds or cranberries for an even bigger surprise
  1. Mix all ingredients well and serve with assorted crackers, on a bed of lettuce or on croissant rolls.
